Xiangyu (Alaric) Wei

Alaric is a Ph.D. student in the Cognition, Brain and Behavior program of the Psychology Department. He received his B.S. in Psychology and B.S. in Machine Learning & Neural Computation from UC San Diego in 2021, where he worked with Dr. Deborah Harrington from the VA San Diego Healthcare System to study the neurobiology of cognition and behavior in Parkinson's patients. He is interested in understanding the central mechanisms of human cognition and the underlying pathologies of neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders.
