OASIS: The Open Access Series of Imaging Studies (OASIS) provides cross-sectional (n=416 ages 18-96) and longitudinal (n=150) structural data across the lifespan for nondemented and demented older adults. [Marcus et al., 2007; 2009]

Optimus Prisma: A description of optimization studies designed to test between alternative functional MRI sequences and coils on the Prisma system.

F1000: The 1000 Functional Connectomes Project provides 1200+ ‘resting state’ functional MRI (R-fMRI) datasets independently collected across 33 sites. [Biswal et al., 2010]
 
XNAT: The eXtensible Neuroimaging Archive Toolkit is an open-source imaging informatics software platform dedicated to facilitating imaging-based research. XNAT’s core functions manage importing, archiving, processing and securely distributing imaging and related study data. [Marcus et al., 2007]
 
FIV: The Functional Image Viewer, also known as FIV, is a tool for visualizing functional and anatomic MRI scans. It replaced the rustic original Martinos Center xds and now itself is ancient.
 
Human Connectome Project: The Human Connectome Project (HCP) is a major NIH initiative to openly distribute advanced connectivity data on human participants. Data available from the Harvard/MGH-UCLA Project can be found here.
 
Cortical Parcellations: The parcellations from Yeo et al (2011) of the cerebral cortex into 7 and 17 networks in FreeSurfer surface space and nonlinear MNI152 are available for download. They are also available here in Caret space. [Yeo et al., 2011]
