Kathryn Rodrigues

Kathryn is a PhD student in the Clinical Science program in the Department of Psychology. She earned a B.S. in Psychology and the History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health (HSHM) from Yale University in 2024. As an undergraduate, she was a member of the Clinical Affective Neuroscience and Development Lab with Dr. Dylan Gee, where she investigated the impacts of childhood trauma on the developing brain. 

After graduating, she worked with Dr. Mark Eldaief and Dr. Randy Buckner as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard University.  She helped conduct a study examining the efficacy of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for alleviating symptoms of depression by targeting specific neural networks. Kathryn is particularly interested in the detection and treatment of neurological and psychiatric conditions and in translating scientific findings into improved clinical practice.
