### Brain Stimulation &amp; Brain Imaging Study

Healthy volunteers are needed for a study conducted by Dr. Mark Eldaief of the Massachusetts General Hospital investigating how behavior and brain networks change following a non-invasive form of brain stimulation called Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). The effects of brain stimulation will be measured with Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).

In order to take part, you must:

- Be between the ages of 18 and 50
- Have no history of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or depression
- Have no history of seizures or a first-degree relative with seizures
- Have no history of neurological or serious medical conditions and have never taken medications for these
- Not be taking illegal drugs
- Not have any implanted metallic or electronic devices (e.g., a pacemaker or neurostimulator)
- Not be pregnant

**What you will be asked to do:**

The research study will take place at the Center for Brain Sciences inside the Northwest Building at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA. Your participation will last approximately 2-3 months and will consist of 6 study visits, each lasting 4-5 hours. During visits, you will receive TMS and MRI imaging, and also fill out questionnaires about your mood.

  
**Compensation:**  
You will receive a payment of $200 for each visit that you complete, and you will be paid an additional sum for completing the entire study. Total payment is up to $2000.
